Inginaire is seeking a 1st shift Engineering Technician to join their team in the Industrial Air segment of the Fortune 500 company. This company is a worldwide leader in the manufacturing of filtration products, and they service the Aerospace, Agriculture, Automotive, Biotechnology and Defense industries. This is a long-term contract opportunity. The position is fully on site in Bloomington, MN so only local candidates will be considered.

Duties

Using hand tools to build and test the stations
Set up engine testing of prototype samples
Initiate and Monitor tests using custom control software
Collect and present test data
Understand and follow all safety guidelines

Requirements

Two year Associates Degree, Mechanical Engineering preferred, but not required, or High School diploma with 1+ year of experience
Working knowledge of test equipment and test standards
High attention to detail
Strong Mechanical skills
Working familiarity of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
Hands-on experience and aptitude (position is in a lab)
Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
Motivated and self-driven to complete tasks
Welding experience is a plus!

Salary: $24.00 /hr - $28.00 /hr

Shift: 1st

Benefits: Health care insurance benefits available first of the month following 60 days of employment. Thirty (30) hours worked per week must be averaged in order to maintain coverage. 401k enrollment is available per the Secure Act guidelines. Earned Sick and Safe time is accrued and can be used per the State of MN guidelines.
